Adventure Imagery had camera crews on location of the worst environmental disaster in European history, the Prestige oil spill off the coast of Spain in 2002. Worse than the Exxon Valdez oilspill, thousands of kilometers of coastline were polluted, over 300,000 seabirds died, the fishing industry was damaged, and tourism in the area suffered.
