Holding their breath while excersizing underwater, freedivers dive longer and deeper, hoping to better their time and depth. An extreme form of snorkeling, freediving is a technical sport which pushes the limits of human ability and sometimes defies scientific laws. Freediving is also known as one of the most dangerous sports.
