Please review our Security & Privacy policy, which also governs your use of the Site, to understand our practices. Your use of this Site indicates that you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Site.
OWNERSHIP OF THIS WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT
The Site is owned and operated by Adventure Imagery. All of the content featured or displayed on the Site, including, but not limited to, still images, video, text, audio recordings, moving images, sounds, illustrations, graphics and multimedia combinations ("Content") is owned or licensed by Adventure Imagery, or its licensors or its third-party image partners.
Adventure Imagery is a distributor of Content supplied by third parties. Neither Adventure Imagery nor the third-party provider of Content guarantees the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of such Content, nor its merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances will Adventure Imagery be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on any Content or information obtained through the Site.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Adventure Imagery License Agreement, is the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Adventure Imagery, superseding any other agreements or understandings between you and Adventure Imagery. |
